This product provides back-up and restore of the configuration data for digital and IP sets, identification and update of the software releases.
M7420 Music Manager : local customization of the greeting
This product can customize the greeting : new promotions, opening hours (management of greeting messages, on hold messages, night messages…).
M7420 Setup Wizard : the high-performance installation wizard for NeXspan C and S systems
The customer Excel® spreadsheet is used to collect mass data from the customer such as subscriber data, directory, abbreviated numbers, programmed keys. It is easy to use and existing data can be copied and pasted using Windows®. Collecting data upstream in this way helps reduce installation time. Wizard mode has intuitive ergonomics which guide the user during configuration thanks to an automatic sequence of steps.

Intuitive management of NeXspan systems
The M7425 offer, based on user-friendly Windows interfaces, makes NeXspan easy to use, thus reducing the need for training. M7425 is a software suite that can be easily installed on standard non-dedicated platforms. It is a competitive solution that nonetheless offers high added-value services : its Client/Server architecture, for example, which facilitates remote access via the Web and provides full mobility. With NeXspan you have a system that can be managed remotely as standard ; no hardware needs to be added. The M7425 is a modular offer that adapts to the size and requirements of your company, the main objective being to reduce operating costs.
The M7425 offer is available in an Enterprise pack for networked NeXspan and full services, or in an Express pack mono site with billing and directory services.
M7425 Enterprise can be used to manage telephone networks of between 10 and 5,000 subscribers. It can provide the management of installed bases (up to 100 IP-PBX). It offers homogeneous management of the following platform types of the NeXspan range.
Fault management
The status of your systems is supervised in real time. If a fault is detected, the M7425 Enterprise alerts you on your PC by e-mail or GSM. To solve the problem rapidly and efficiently, M7425 Enterprise has a wide range of tools for diagnosing and dealing with the problem.
Configuration management
M7425 Enterprise proposes, in a Windows environment, a remote access to the entire configuration of the system : subscriber management, speed dial programming, telephone set keys, etc. There is an optional module for centralised, assisted management of network subscribers with, among other things, a wizard for centralised creation or definition of telephone rights. You can automate the more repetitive operating tasks, such as time management and system data backup.
Maintenance services
The daily operation of your system is fully secure through automatic remote configuration backups. With M7425 Enterprise you can also schedule network system updates and upgrades centrally. This is fully secure thanks to a rollback mechanism, exclusive to NeXspan systems.
Cost management
M7425 Enterprise offers the following services for complete control of telecom costs :
- Breakdown of communication charges
- Control of carrier billing
- Cost analysis : most frequently dialled numbers, hit-parade of sets
- Module for managing hotel and hospital rooms (check-in/ check-out, pre-payment, wake-up calls and room status)

It is characterized by its open architecture, in particular its capacity for integration with other types of equipment (SNMP standard) and for sharing or exchanging data with the enterprise information system (LDAP standard). It is also capable of integration within the global supervision policy of the company, i.e., it can itself be supervised.
Fault management
It offers an overview of the network and events. Should a failure occur, the system can zoom in for precise localization of a site, a cluster, even down to the faulty basic unit. The collection, logging and display of alarms all take place in real time. Operators can also receive alarm notification according to a pre-defined schedule. Record logs store the events that have occurred on the network.
