EXPLOITATION & MAINTENANCE
Once the customer teams are trained, they will be autonomous to ensure the management and the maintenance level of the deployed solution.
In order to ensure maintenance level 2 and 3, GEKA TELECOM supplies annual maintenance :
· Level 2 technical support, escalation to level 3
· Software update to latest versions
· Repair of faulty equipment (after the first year of warranty)
