OSP : One-stop-shop of wired access network products for Telecom Operators
NGN : Integration of turnkey networks for Telecom Operators (NGN global offer)
Distribution : Distribution of Enterprise Telephony solutions (iPBX) & Wireless Local Loop (WLL)
The main key players in our company for our customers :
- Sales Executives study the customers' requests, and propose the products & solutions best suited to the expressed needs, and as close as possible to the required budget and time frame.
- Pre-Sales Engineers achieve the engineering of complex networks, from defining the specifications to designing the architectures.
- Project Managers look after the projects roll-out, in the best respect of contractual milestones and budget & schedule constraints.
- Sales Administration carry-out the supply, and coordinate shipments and international logistics up to the INCOTERM point.
- Telecom Engineers from our technical department perform the deployment, commissionning and acceptance of contracted projects, provide the training sessions, and take care of customers with the remote technical support they provide.
