Become Partner

GEKA TELECOM is an international distributor of enterprise telecommunication products & solution (iPBX) from AASTRA MATRA, and Wireless Local Loop (WLL) from ALVARION. As a Distributor of these manufacturers, GEKA TELECOM grants local partners the right to sell the range of products directly to their own final customers.

The local partner is appointed as authorized partner of the products of AASTRA MATRA and/or ALVARION, and has to commit on :

Establishing the sales and technical support structures adapted to the associated products
Bringing all necessary assistance needed to obtain the product's agreement delivered by the appropriated local authorities
Ensuring or subcontracting an efficient after-sales service, to maintain a good product image
Having a permanent stock or inventory of products available, to ensure a good service to end customers
Keeping GEKA TELECOM informed by quarterly reports about the market situation and trends

Reversely, GEKA TELECOM commits to provide the local partner with :

Commercial, pre-sales and marketing support on sales methodology, as well as training on the sales tools
Involving the Distributor in marketing seminars that may be organized
Distributor's staff technical and sales & marketing training, either directly or through access to external training sessions
Ensuring technical assistance on the products

AASTRA MATRA recaps all these aspects in their Authorization Programme.
